Welcome to Lycens, a consultancy firm that helps real estate owners, corporations and developers with their challenges in new construction and renovation throughout the Netherlands. As a company we want to contribute to social issues that occupy our society on a daily basis. These include projects that contribute to solving climate change, energy transition, housing shortage and nitrogen problems.
Within our company, we work from two divisions: Safety & Health and Repurposing & Reusing. At Repurposing & Reusing we think along with the client about project development and new construction in the broad sense of the word. We can offer services from the fields of Soil, Spatial Planning, Ecology, Construction Process, Heritage and Raw Materials. In Safety & Health we think along with our client in the preservation of housing and the safety aspects that come with it, such as Asbestos, Fire Safety and Moisture & Mold. Renovation, demolition and new construction are also spearheads within this division. With our colleagues from the various departments, we are the knowledge partner for setting up processes that contribute to a safe and environmentally conscious living and working environment.
